-What days / times are you open?

Our Ponsonby store is open 9-5, Monday - Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday. 

-What days can you deliver flowers?

We deliver bouquets and arrangements from Monday - Saturday.

-Do you do same day delivery?

Yes, as long as you order your flowers by 1pm Monday - Friday or before 11am on Saturday.

-Where do you deliver to?

We deliver flowers all around Auckland, from Wangaparaoa to Cockle Bay and Waiuku to Drury.

-How much is delivery?

For Auckland CBD and inner suburbs it's $9, for Northern, Eastern and Western Suburbs (includes Albany, Devonport, Mairangi Bay, Avondale, Henderson, New Lynn, Titirangi, St Helliers, Mt Wellington, Otahuhu, Pakuranga and the surrounding areas) it's $14. For rural deliveries it's $19 and we deliver to Waiuku, Waimauku, Manurewa, Manukau, Pukekohe, Pakuranga, Airport, Kingseat, East Tamaki, Botany, Ramarama, Otahuhu, Bethells, Piha, Muriwai, Swanson, Helensville, Whangaparaoa, Dairy Flat, Kaukapakapa, Orewa, Silverdale and the surrounding areas.

-Can you do a 1 hour service?

Yes but only in Auckland CBD and the central suburbs, it's $20.

-What if I select the wrong delivery method?

That's no problem, we can organise for the difference to be paid (or refunded).

-What time can we deliver?

We generally deliver between 9am - 5pm but if you want your order delivered by a certain time (or if the recipient is leaving work early), please let us know when you order the flowers.

-Can we make your order bespoke?

Yes absolutely. If there's a particular colour or flower you know the recipient will love, let us know by writing it in the notes section of the website. If the flower is available, we'll include it in the bouquet.

-Do we use seasonal flowers?

Yes. We only use seasonal flowers and try to use local growers where we can. We sometimes use imported flowers for weddings and larger events.

-Can I add a note?

Yes absolutely, at the checkout there's a notes section for you to add a note and let us know what day you need them delivered.

-Do you deliver on public holidays?

Unfortunately not, we're only a small business to need a day off too.

-There can be a lot of plastic waste in the floral industry, how do you minimise that?

We're in the process of reducing our plastic waste to pretty much zero. We've ditched plastic bags (to wrap our flower stems when they're sent out on a courier) and using biodegradable ones instead. We're also taking all our plastic waste to the soft plastic recycle centre at Countdown. We'll also be phasing out floral foam too.
