Hi! I'm Rosie the florist, here's the story of how I avoided life as a lawyer...

The road to flowers didn't run smoothly, I ditched a very short lived law degree and started a 'fun' career in fashion and media overseas. Growing tired of the daily grind and working for someone else's dream for too long, in April 2015, Rose Tinted Flowers was created. Having grown up with a botanical mother, helping her bind bridal bouquets since I was small, it was inevitable that I would one day pursue the floral arts.

My floral style is drawn from my English heritage, growing up in the English countryside where wildflowers and garden roses were abundant. So as a result, my bouquets don't look stylised or structured but wild, deconstructed and romantic.

We specialise in creating florals for weddings, events, retail installations or any special occasion no matter how big or small. We also host flower crown and floral arranging workshops (which are so much fun) in our Newton studio or at your place.

In my range of bouquets and posies I've created a subscription flower service. Borne off the fact that many of us love having fresh flowers at home and at work but often don't have time to buy them. I believe that flowers are good for the soul which is why I offer this great little service that brings you flowers weekly, fortnightly or monthly in a bouquet or styled arrangement.

Whenever you purchase something online, there are often a couple of questions that need answering, below are the most commonly asked questions we get but if there's something specific you'd like to know, call or email Rosie on 0210628389 or rosie@rosetintedflowers.com

-What days can we deliver flowers?

We deliver bouquets and arrangements from Monday - Friday. We deliver on Saturday or Sunday by prior arrangement. If you need flowers on the weekend, you can pick them up from our Ponsonby Central store.

-Can we make your order bespoke?

Yes absolutely. If there's a particular colour or flower you know the recipient will love, let us know by writing it in the notes section of the website. If the flower is available, we'll include it in the bouquet.

-Do we use seasonal flowers?

Yes. We only use seasonal flowers and use local growers where we can. We sometimes use imported flowers for weddings and larger events.

-Do we do same day delivery?

Yes, as long as you order your flowers by 1pm

-What time can we deliver?

We generally deliver between 9am - 5pm but if you want your order delivered by a certain time (or if the recipient is leaving work early), please let us know when you order the flowers.

-Can I add a note?

Yes absolutely, at the checkout there's a notes section for you to add a note and let us know what day you need them delivered.

-Do we deliver on public holidays?

Unfortunately not, we're only a small business to need a day off occasionally :)

-Can I order flowers and pick them up in store?

Yes, you can order the flowers online and choose the 'pick up' option at the checkout. You can collect them from Ponsonby Central 7 days a week or from our studio at 22B Cross St, Monday - Friday.
